A Faire Affair - part 1

In the last two weeks my husband and I have somehow managed to make two trips down to the Ohio Renaissance Festival. The first trip was on Labor Day, and just the two of us wandered that way to take advantage of the opening weekend 2 for 1 admission. Seth bought himself some fuzzy new adornments and looked so amazing in them. Here was what our first trip looked like.

Mad Tea Party 2011

Welcome to my Party!! Feel free to grab a cup and a chair.  The table is set and waiting.  Pretty veggies... All kinds of berries... The tea service awaiting the first guests... Zoe looks frightened...she doesn't trust mad people (how does she live with me? lol) I am all dressed up and ready to party.  With my cupcake socks.  And my tiny top hat (received in an Alice swap)  Cupcakes, Berries and are those cucumber sandwiches.  Pouring the tea for my party guests.  Berries, Candy and a full cup o tea.  Quoi??  Having a chat with my very mad Mother.  My Mothers amazing tea hat.  4 pots of tea consumed hundreds of laughs  good friends lots of food What a fabulous party!!  Thank you for stopping by, have a fabulous tea day.  Clean cup, move down. I decided once again this year to join Vanessa from A Fanciful Twist in a Halloween Party in blogland. This year though I decided to have an actual Halloween party and post the photos from that.
