A weight loss update...I've lost 10 pounds so far and going strong. The weight watchers is working great for me. I am eating better than I think I ever have. I am going to start working consistent exercise into the mix soon. Probably in the form of some exercise dvds I already own...like Yoga Booty Ballet which is so much fun. I also want to find a good place to roller skate because I want to use my blue flame skates. Okay, really I just want an excuse to get a new pair of skates. And to get in shape to try out for Derby, maybe next year.

In a previous post I had hinted about some big changes and decisions and I wanted to touch a bit on that. I have decided that I want to go to school. I applied on Monday to a local college for a paralegal program and should hear in the next couple of days if I have been accepted. I am hoping to be able to go full time, so I can actually get my associates degree in two years or so. I will update more once I have confirmation and planning  together, but I could use some good thoughts because this is a big change. I am just not happy in my current job or field of work and need a change.

I have also been working in my craft room. Getting things put away and organized. I will post pictures later.  And as part of the room I left a shelf to be a creativity and inspiration altar. So my question to you is do you have deities that you use for creativity?

Congrats all the way around! Going back to school is an awesome step! Hubby graduated last year and landed his dream job 6 months after. It'll take a lot of effort to stick to it, but as long as you got the support behind you, you'll rock it!
I don't have any deities that I use for creativity. I have more of a muse shelf. I find things that I love and surround myself with them in my creative space because they inspire, like my faeries :)
How great!
as far as creative muses- occasionally I'll get a great idea or a poem as if someone has whispered it in my mind. I should probably feed my muse and treat her better.
